Vocalocity Review: EZ
01/10/10Pros:
Support is very bad. Takes forever to get a response and they enjoy saying no.
Cons:
If you like to be on the phone with the phone company all day long, use Vocalocity. If you're normal. Stay away.
Other Thoughts:
The sales girl sounded nice
Vocalocity Review: Next IT - Former Reseller
08/19/09Pros:
800#'s are fixed price, not per minute, portal easy to use
Cons:
I was a reseller, but lost a dozen good-paying IT clients because Vocalocity quality, service, response, support, you name sucked sooooooooooo BADDDDDDDD!!!!! I wish I could get back those clients $$$$$$$$$. Almost ended up in court over angry client
Other Thoughts:
I wouldn't vocalocity on my worst enemy!
Vocalocity Review: Hoorman
02/16/09Pros:
Affordable
Cons:
Not every feature is available
Other Thoughts:
I have been with Vocalocity for 3 months now and have not had a problem. While I was shopping for a phone service provider for my home business I read the reviews on this site and was a bit scared that Vocalocity might not be the best option. Despite my reservations I went ahead and purchased their service and now I could not be happier. The way that the sales rep. convinced me was by describing how they have servers spread out at a number of locations so that if one goes down, for whatever reason, there are fail-safes built into the system; its great. Apparently Vocalocity is a growing business, if they keep up with what they are doing now I imagine that the service will only improve.
Vocalocity Review: Stells Farnsworth
02/16/09Pros:
COST
Cons:
limitlessly scalable, but eventually more expensive
Other Thoughts:
I chose Vocalocity for the price and I have not been let down. I know that a lot of people think that a cheaper price many times means poorer service, with Vocalocity it is quite the contrary. I only have a couple of lines and because of that can save a lot of money by having my PBX hosted. However, my business were to grow to say, over 100 employees then it would be more cost effective for me to own my own PBX, but I will never have nearly that many employees. All and all their service is strong and reliable and I would recommend them to anyone working in a small business.
Vocalocity Review: Vocalocity Is A Disaster
02/16/09Pros:
Good sales experience, decent pricing
Cons:
TERRIBLE reliability. Bad sound quality regular service interruptions and dropped calls
Other Thoughts:
I have been very disappointed with Vocalocity. The sales experience was good, but that is where it ended. Sound quality is usually poor. Calls are often dropped, and ocasionally the phone calls ring incessantly without anyone or thing picking up.A total disaster .. .and we do have plenty of bandwidth.
