Vocalocity Hosted PBX Review - Review on Vocalocity's Hosted PBX service

Pros:

Cheaper phone service alternative, great salesman,but thats where it ended.Was fine when I had 3 employees, and my phones barely rang,but now that i have 6 people in my office and cannot afford to lose clients over poor phone line quality.

Cons:

Shocking customer service,ended up cancelling because of the continuous dropped calls and poor call quality.Needed to use my cell phone at least twice a day to talk to customers as the lines were so bad.

Other Thoughts:

Save yourself the aggrevation,stick with a more reputable company,ended up going with a my old faithful,Panasonic.Never looked back.
