Pros:

Easy to work with, oustanding customer service, and good follow-up!

Cons:

None. Working with Univoip has been nothing but a great experience.

Other Thoughts:

My company recently switched to Univoip's hosted solution. We are amazed at how easy it is to manage our phone system on a day to day basis.
