I am very please with Univoip knowledgeable, pro and patient support team as well as engineering and sales. We had a great experience with UniVoIP and highly recommend them.

Other Thoughts:
When I was introduced to a hosted PBX through UniVoIP, I was impressed. My employer Healthview Inc is in the healthcare industry and communication with our clientele is vital and must be reliable. My task to find a provider that could ensure reliability, redundancy, and stability was a challenge. Personally, I have over 10 years of experience in dealing with different phone systems within the various locations in our company; Executone, Toshiba, NEC, and Panasonic to name a few.
My meeting which occurred in person with UniVoIP representative was one of the reasons we chose UniVoIP. The hands-on demonstration and thorough explanation of their product was superior to the other companies that I interviewed. The system that we have is delivered and managed via a private network and very user friendly. I visited their COLO and saw how their network infrastructure is designed, as Ray the VP of Technology explained, to provide multiple layers of redundancy and uptime service.
We had some issues with delivering the T1 through our local providers, but their team got involved and resolved the problem professionally and in a timely and acceptable manner to my CEO.
