Pros:

Full features extension $16.95/mo, Call Canada long distance free. Support advance features such as BLA & BLF. Operator extension can pick up other extension, music on hold, call transfer. One number follow me.

Cons:

Only available in Canada 20 major cities. Free long distance only applicable to Canada 20 major cities.

Other Thoughts:

I always got prompt support when needed. The customer services line never busy.
