Voice quality is good and stable. I like the one number follow me feature so my customer can always find me. The voice mail to e-mail also help me to get back to my customer immediately. I recently add the 1-800 number, cool.
Cons:
No 24 hrs services. No weekend, holiday live customer support.
Other Thoughts:
The also have very good conference feature that can host 8 people on the same time.

Cons:
I need call recording for my hosted services, but the provider did not support this feature.

Other Thoughts:
Unlike most of other provider, they do not have monthly minutes cap, so I have no worry over usage.
Just use for 2 months, times will tell the stability

Cons:
Only available in Canada 20 major cities. Free long distance only applicable to Canada 20 major cities.
Other Thoughts:
I always got prompt support when needed. The customer services line never busy.
