Pros:

I thought this was the correct solution for our company. Four digit dialing between my offices.

Cons:

Lots of down time, especially during the afternoons. Support is lacking general telecom knowledge.

Other Thoughts:

we are looking to change ASAP! We cannot continue to have our phones not working almost every week. This has made me look bad to my management team.
