01/20/11Pros:
The website is very cool and I really liked the idea of SimpleSignal...
Cons:
I was never able to get more than two calls going at the same time without having horrible call quality. If I tried checking my email while I was on the phone people on the other end could not hear me. Customer support is non-existent.
Other Thoughts:
I see a few other people on here mention having Cox Communications...I can't get Cox where I am at so I'm stuck with a 1.5Mbps Qwest DSL connection. When I got Tech Support to actually work with me they ultimately said I should buy a T1 if I want to have 13 VoIP phones in my office...what a crock I went to VoIP to save money not to spend $500 per month on internet access for my agency.
I had SimpleSignal installed December 12th and tried to deal with it all the way up until January 10th. At that point a sales rep from a local voip company called Comvoice came into my office and promised to fix my issues. I told him that VoIP would never work in my office but he promised their voipfire pbx router would solve my issues. Since they had a money back guarantee I figured what the heck and I got some of their phones. Great news for other people who have had the wool pulled over their eyes by these voip companies...it can actually work on a DSL line. I can now have as many agents on teh phone as I want and we do not have any quality issues -- their technician came out and did something with my Qwest modem and now all of the issues I dealt with last month are gone. This past Monday I sent all of the equipment back to Simple Signal and am demanding a full refund.
Don't go with these guys if your office is bigger than 3 or 4 employees...it's just not worth the trouble.

05/28/10Pros:
Most comprehensive feature set I could find. Installation was on time and flawless. The Simple Signal anywhere feature, and my 'Friends and Family Cell Plan' allowed me to save enough on my cell bill to pay for my hosted seat. HD sound is great
Cons:
Would like to see better documentation of how their features work. Simple Signal staff was available and helpful with how they worked, but better training guides would be a help. Contextual online help is good once staff shows you where it is.
Other Thoughts:
Overall, an excellent, stable, high-quality service that provides me with great flexibility. Their Simple Signal anywhere feature and my 'Friends and Family' cell plan together make EVERY call to and from my cell phone free. I was able to change out of my unlimited cell plan and go back to a friends and family plan. The savings were enough to pay for my Simple Signal hosted service. The result: I got a better-quality, professional service and greater flexibility for free.

03/22/10Pros:
When it works, its great.
Cons:
Very Disorganized company. Won't respond to emails, don't answer their phones (ironic, eh).
Other Thoughts:
I would avoid them if possible. There are cheaper VOIP companies out there who will respond to your questions and needs more promptly.

01/11/10Pros:
Extremely dependable, love their Polycom HD Phones and call quality, calling features are great!
Cons:
None listed
Other Thoughts:
We highly recommend SimpleSignal...they have been an extremely important asset for our agency! We used to use Cox Communications, but they don't hold a candle to the calling features and capabilities of our new hosted PBX service

09/15/09Pros:
Superior quality enterprise-level hosted PBX! Amazing, practical calling features like SIM ring and visual voicemail and voice applications like voice-to-text, very high voice quality, Polycom IP phones including support of their HD Voice phones.
Cons:
Honestly can't think of any.
Other Thoughts:
I really love SimpleSignal. Their hosted PBX has changed the way I do business forever. I switched my business over from Cox Communications and have never looked back. And I would never go back to a traditional PBX. Had nothing but problems with the "box in the closet".
