Pros:

Extremely dependable, love their Polycom HD Phones and call quality, calling features are great!

None listed.

Other Thoughts:

We highly recommend SimpleSignal...they have been an extremely important asset for our agency! We used to use Cox Communications, but they don't hold a candle to the calling features and capabilities of our new hosted PBX service
