Pros:

Great service. Best of all, you get web collab features. I use desktop sharing with my customers every day and it's included in the service! Quality is awesome too, especially on conference calls

Cons:

None so far. Been on for over 1 year now and still going strong.

Other Thoughts:

There support is great. You get a real person! And they work with you even if it isn't their problem (most of the time it was my carrier! Getting a new carrier).
