Pros:

I run a call center in Chennai India and (2) features of WorldSmart that are absolutely necessary in my business are Web Collaboration and Deskshare. These are powerful tools I require for running my business. I am now using Web 4.0 and its fantastic

Cons:

At this time, I have nothing negative to speak about.
