Pros:

I have been with WorldSmart for 1.5 years and feel this is a product ahead of the competition. I have Call Center seats so its especially important to keep my system running 24/5. I truly like the new WS 4.0 interface which is leaps ahead of anyone.

Cons:

Nothing negative to say about this product or service.

Other Thoughts:

I see a number of negative comments in this blog about WorldSmart and don't understand their comments. I believe there may be one disgruntled person writting the same comments over and over.
