Pros:

The best support and uptime in the industry. Really the only real UC play out there. Great features. A very good company.

Cons:

None really. Pretty solid all the way around.

Other Thoughts:

I see a post on outages. If these guys have outages, they must respond internally fast because we don't even notice them -- well, one we did but it was handled fast and explained thoroughly. These guys at PanTerra know what they're doing.
