Pros:

I wish I could think of one.

Cons:

ACD down down down down two times last week for over 10 minutes each time, fax usage incorrect, calls drop, poor customer service and billing, plus a lot more more more more.

Other Thoughts:

Panterra sign-up is a Contract for Phone Hell
