Pros:

Website seems up all the time.

Cons:

Where do I begin... dropped calls by several users, conference calling is horrible, and support is low - expect to wait on response. Our own customers refuse to use our service and we have to call into their conference calls for communications.

Other Thoughts:

Suggest to look at other solutions.
