Pros:

New browser-based interface rocks! Works on MACs, Windows and Linux machines. I can make a call on a MAC! Also, they include desktop sharing and web meeting functionality for free in the base product. They have the best UC solution out there.

Cons:

None so far. It's rock solid and the conferencing quality is superb!

Other Thoughts:

I've recommended it to several business friends and they're pretty happy too.
