Pros:

Real communications features that work, Includes Web Meeting and Call Center features all from the cloud, no equipment to buy, very good support (IM response in 30 secs, really!)

Cons:

Haven't seen any so far. had the service for 6 months and still going strong.

Other Thoughts:

I've read some of the other reviews on this site and the negative ones seem suspiciously similar. If you ask me, they sound like they came from the same person who has a grudge or something. I haven't experienced any of those outages in the last 6 months.
