None that I can see. Negative, negative, negative.

Cons:

They can't be reached to even sign up.

Thank you so much for the valuable reviews. I was thinking very strongly about signing up for panterra networks. I read the e-mail regarding all of their wonderful offers and decided to try them. I needed clarification on some of their information so I got the number and tried to call them. I emphasize TRIED! Wasting over a half hour and being disconnected six times I gave up and then tried to e-mail them. I did not get any response. I was going to tell them that if it's that hard to reach them to sign up for service, how hard would it be to get service after I was their customer. I currently am a customer of Qwest and the savings would have been considerable.
