Pros:

It does not matter if you have every feature ever imagined if the service is horrible. I am switching TODAY!

Cons:

No customer service. No returned phone calls. Charged for garbage. - echo, dropped calls, not working. Incoming callers told "phone disconnected" most of the time..

Other Thoughts:

Business beware this company will not be around long and they don't care about their customers and don't tell the truth most of the time. This company is pathetic. I would not advise anyone going with this company. Can't believe they are still in biz -- rip off, rip off, rip off.
