Pros:

0% service, 0% quality, 0% customer satisfaction. This company is very good at making up things. They write their own positive reviews, they lie, period.

Cons:

100% cruddy phone service, 100% bad customer support, 100% bad experience, the absolute worst thing on the net.

Other Thoughts:

They claim to be a unified communications company but none of the individual pieces ever worked properly, dropped calls, scratchy calls, echos, voice mail only worked a fraction of the time I had the service. It is an experiment they should be paying you and I to beta test. They have serious problems they have no idea how to fix. Poke your eyes out with a hot poker from your fireplace before you order this service - it will be far more pleasant and less painful!. Stay away from this company at all costs!
