This is the only company that I have ever worked with where I can get someone in support 24 hours a day. According to the support team they are in Iowa and Austin spoke English quite well contrary to the review I read below.
Cons:
So far I can't and haven't had any yet.
Other Thoughts:
Early on we had dropped calls but through the support system it turned out to be my router. I upgraded to one of their "supported" routers and dropped calls on my DSL line are now non-existent. It's too bad that more people don't write in with their positive experiences as well as their bad...
