service down and crash other software applications

Other Thoughts:

My service with Panterra is constantly going out and I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me with the issue. Once I get one of them on the phone I'm certainly going to cancel my service, I don't even care if there are fees involved this is cost me way too much business.
