Pros:

Outstanding Voice Quality
Best data fetrues all integrated into their service
Great IM and easy-to-launch conferencing
Good Support - stayed with me and resolved my issue

Cons:

Portals are comprehensive but a bit complicated

Other Thoughts:

I'd recommend them easily. They are the only company that seems to understand the whole unified communications thing and they seem to have much better quality and uptime than their competitors.
