Pros:

- no per seat license fees
- unlimited extensions
- easy to use web interface
- free organization wide presence web application

Cons:

- no music on hold/parking server

Other Thoughts:

Overall, OnSIP provides a very solid hosted PBX service with all of the features a small/medium business needs. The administrative web interface makes configuring the entire PBX easy and makes connecting remote offices a no brainer.
