the cost! - before you get Jive take out a calculator and run the numbers on your monthly usage - it seems like it will be cheap on the surface - but im now paying 3-4 times more a month than i was told because of their pay/minute billing.

Almost purchased an on-site PBX for thousands. Came across Jive and now paying less than with Qwest, plus I have all of Jive's PBX functionality. Very helpful whenever I have requests. Can make most system changes online.
Cons:
Had to replace a phone under warranty, but that wasn't a big deal.
Other Thoughts:
Before I knew about Jive, I listed all the things I needed my phone system to do in order to help my growing business, and wrote down my budget. After being disappointed about the high cost of an on-site PBX, I found out about Jive. Fit the requirements and fit the budget. Well worth the jump. Has been just as advertised and I would never go back to the old way. This is game-changing.

- Missing a feature or two that I wish they had (no outlook integration). Fringe stuff that doesn't get in the way, but would still be cool.
Other Thoughts:
We've used Jive for more than a year, and they've been great. My sales rep is great, and really good at getting things done for me. Their support guys (all US-based) know their stuff, and are always polite and know their stuff.

I've been with Jive for 4 mths. They got us up and running in no time, the only one that slowed the process was myself. First they're support was very quick, that has slacked somewhat but I can always call my sales rep and she gets things worked out!

None! I hope they work they're support pains out soon though!

it would be great if they also offered an adapter/converter to plug in a regular phone or a fax. But according to Jive, fax signals don't do well with VOIP service. I see some room for innovation! Another great add-on to their service would be a web interface to view, print and download call detail!

Took a longer than I would have liked to be up and running. I had to call customer service on a few separate occasions to get some kinks worked out.
