Pros:

gotvmail is a great service but get ready to open up your pocketbook because it may seem like there giving you a lot of minutes - there NOT

Cons:

everything counts as minute usage - when people are on hold, calling in, ect. I went through my minutes allotment 4 times faster than my previous pbx provider.
