GlobalPhone Hosted PBX Review - Review on GlobalPhone's Hosted PBX service

Pros:

Global Phone has provided good call quality with zero downtime (only outages have been caused by the ISP). They have worked with us to meet all our needs including some complex shared call appearances and call recording.

Cons:

They can be slow to react to minor requests for changes (name changes, etc.) and often make mistakes implementing them. Sometimes they loose track of requests all together. Also we have had some minor problems with call quality to South America

Other Thoughts:

Overall, I think this company provides a great service for the value. For the cost, I do not think you can do any better. Furthermore, they willingness to work to meet our requirements was a huge advantage over other providers like M5, which simply could not provide the services we were looking for (specifically shared call appearance w/ call recording). Also their sales team is very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. They were very quick to implement new services for us and have made many changes on the fly without disrupting service.
