Pros:

The phones worked as soon as I plugged them in. They have saved me a lot of money

Cons:

None. I wish I would have done this sooner

Other Thoughts:

When I first started looking into a hosted solution I was very confused about the options. Their sales team took the time to explain everything so I knew what I was getting into.
