Pros:

Cons:

I had to purchase 4 phones. I would have liked to have rented them instead.

Other Thoughts:

Ray (my sales rep) has been so nice through the transition. I think I probably called the poor fellow like 15 times over the last two weeks to ask him questions about setting up the phones and using them. Now that we are on our feet and I have the hang up this, I can't say enough about Ray and how helpful he has been. I am probably n.ot the most technical type person and I was scared signing up for a service like this but Ray was totally patient with me. The wireless phone has been great.
