Technical support does not call back and does not always know the answer, they seem lazy. The phones have once been down for 4 days!! very unreliable system.

a few outages have occured in the past 6 months...but never for more that 5-10 minutes...but could have been my internet problems, who knows
Other Thoughts:
The thing i liked is, they took the time to listin about my business for 30+ minutes; then they recommended to me the optimized PBX setup for my industry/business - did i mention they charged nothing for this!!!

This service offers more features and more custom setup options than any other I researched. The call quality is great.

I LOVE the free voice message to email feature. It's like having the expensive visual voicemail services offered by cell phone providers for FREE!
