Pros:

Good service & great voice quality, lots of options included - nice people

Cons:

some silent dialing, Billing dept.is a nightmare to deal with

Other Thoughts:

Quality for a VOIP solution is very good on Cable & T1. Customer service & Invoicing needs alot of work. Lots of greatfeatures & functions at a reasonable price.
