05/04/09Pros:
True Business-class, excellent customer service, very reliable. They give you unlimited long distance, lifetime warranty on phones, built-in fail over/disatser recovery.
Cons:
At this time they only cover major metros in the U.S. and not Canada.
Other Thoughts:
The only true hand-holdoing true business-class provider I found. Others are more like self service.

Good service & great voice quality, lots of options included - nice people
Cons:
some silent dialing, Billing dept.is a nightmare to deal with
Other Thoughts:
Quality for a VOIP solution is very good on Cable & T1. Customer service & Invoicing needs alot of work. Lots of greatfeatures & functions at a reasonable price.

03/11/09Pros:
Surprisingly it worked gerat with my DSL at my home and country house!
Cons:
It would not give you good sound over cable because of falxuation!
Other Thoughts:
I have used them for over 3 years and I have not heard staticin the voice you can hear at vonage or covad and their response to my upgrade inqueries or questions were pretty fast.

02/16/09Pros:
Voice quality and features are amazing compared to covad and vonage!
Cons:
I had to wait 6 minute on the phone to add a extra phone to my account at home!
Other Thoughts:
I am using their service at work in a little IT business and we use it every minute and it just works great. I was surprised when I was making phone calls from my home with my DSL while downloading my large emails. the quality was fine still. I think they have a system that asures of quality and the prority of the packages over the network!

Cons:
Can't think of any yet.
Other Thoughts:
We operate a multi-tenant executive suite property in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area and have had Broadcore since January 2008.
VOIP is a new concept for us, but so far everything is great and works well. Our tenants have been able to use the equipment and services with relative ease and minimum of break-in time.
One of the best features of the Company is their support people - you don't feel like you are dealing with a large faceless company - but a friendly service oriented concern. They are relatively easy to access and respond in a very thorough caring way to the needs of their customers.
